Greetings everyone

Well… It’s now two months since I returned home to Malawi and I have to say - the rose coloured cataracts have well and truly come off. I feel like I’ve been in the trenches and that I’ve had to pass through the fire to get to this edition of the podcast.

And passing through this unsettling period is the main driver for this week’s podcast episode, where I let you into my seven Malawi habits that I use, to keep my Best Life dream alive in Malawi and, which have been lifesaver for me.
