Well hey everyone, welcome to episode 33. I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who listened to last week’s episode and sent in their comments. You’ve been amazing and I’ll be sure to pass on your praises to Shakina.

Now, it’s off the back of last week’s episode that I walk you into this week’s discussion. Some of the comments I received about the Shakina living int he Gambia, were really positive but also quite self-deprecating. What I mean, is there were some people who said that whilst they admired what Shakina Chinadu had achieved, they could never achieve this for themselves - and, whilst I hear that, I completely disagree.

In this weeks episode, I take you through the role of self-limiting thoughts and practice and how the things we hear and believe about ourselves, act to make us play safe and never take the plunge to see what else we can achieve.
