This week, I want to talk about the work you can be doing on your business, whilst your waiting to launch your business, because I understand that it can be the case that you have a business idea and your sure about that idea, but you’re just not ready to launch. 

Some of the reasons why you might not be ready to launch can include:

Waiting to get all the money you need to launch your business proper; or,

Waiting to leave work so you have the time to launch in the way you want; or

Waiting for a partner or premises to be free before you can get in and set things up the way you want in preparation for your launch; or,

Wanting to have created products you want to have available at the start of your launch, which takes time.

Whatever the reason why your waiting to launch… there are things that you should be doing to strengthen your business idea so you’re fully prepared when your launch day comes.

In this week’s podcast we look at three key actions you should be doing prior to your launch, to put yourself in a better position for your business to succeed.
