Hi everyone
Welcome to our first podcast of 2020 and I hope you are feeling as enthusiastic about this new year and new decade, as I am. Although I’ve started a little slow because I’m down with a really bad head cold, I’m really excited about what I would love to help you achieve this year!
This sort of leads me onto today’s podcast, which is all about trying to recreate my excitement in you! I want you to feel positive about the changes you are going to be making in your life this year - so that when we review our year in December 2020, we have nuff positivity to talk about and celebrate.
Now! Like any new year’s plan, we can all very easily fall off the wagon and slip back into states of no real progress that can eat up most of our year – so that when we suddenly look up, most of the year has gone! So, to steer you in the right direction, I want to share my four roadmap signs with you! These are signs I use to keep me moving forward and I find that when I’m waning, I use these signs to help me to refocus and to keep me pushing through on my self-determinatory aims and objectives.
