Congratulations! We’re A Year Old… Let’s Review Our Progress!

Greetings everyone and happy birthday to us! 

Can you believe it!  The podcast has been going for a whole year.

Who’d have thunk it… when I launched episode 1 exactly twelve months ago, that we would be where we are now.

I can tell you that it’s been a fantastic year.  I’ve loved every minute of putting out the podcast episodes every week and I’ve had some wonderful feedback from people about the content I’ve put out ever week.

So I want to say a really big thank you to everyone who has taken the time to listen in, to send me feedback, to ask questions - particularly those questions that have also led to the creation of podcast episodes and to those people who have taken the time to subscribe to the podcast and leave a rating on my podcast pages and social media sites. I want you to know that I appreciate you all and I don’t take your interest in this podcast … for granted.   I really appreciate everything you have done to help to grow this podcast.

This week, I review the first five episodes of the podcast particularly because, in those first five episodes , I set my whole stall out about what this podcast is about - and those first five episodes really helped to set the tone and the direction of my passion for helping and supporting people to be their best selves and to live their best lives.   

There's a surprise for some listeners buried in the podcast - and I hope you enjoy that.
