The Way of Escape 2020 4, Focus

The enemy needs to deceive us before he can defeat us by contradicting the Word of God with natural circumstances; however, God always makes a way of escape for us. Peace is a two-part process which involves first prayer and supplication making your requests known to God. Then secondly, we need to meditate on whatever things are true, just, pure, lovely, of good report, any virtue, and praiseworthy. Our matter of perspective decides whether we arrive at the end of the trial perfect and entire wanting nothing. Cheerfully enduring and not wavering in our faith will see us through the trial. We need to get our minds in agreement with our hearts and focus on the unseen realm.
