People will always find a way to do something if they really "want to." When I was a drunk I always found a way to get my hands on beer, booze or dope. I've taken that same concentrated tenacity and use it towards accomplishments now. If you really don't want to do something then don't say it. Avoid using excuses and speak about reasons. When you express reasons you might discover ways to overcome or get around the reasons.
