Fear makes many of us change our mood and our tone towards others.
It is important to understand others when they show up angry, upset or even just plain mean on the why they are acting that way. We need to understand that many times it is not us that are creating that emotion in others. Fear is a mechanism our body and mind have in order to feel protected. We want to be in control of a situation but not sure how thus may react in a way that is not the way we normally behave or act.
