That was the day I ran my first obstacle course race. 3.2 miles, 20 obstacles. Through grit, determination, and with the help of everyone from Operation Enduring Warrior, I was able to walk, wheel, crawl, and drag myself through the course. Before I knew it I'd completed a five miler, and shortly thereafter an eight mile ruck, with a Spartan Race and a 20 mile ruck in my sights. At the end of the day, the biggest obstacle to your own success is the one sitting between your ears.   Some of the personalities mentioned in this episode include, Caitlin Conner https://www.instagram.com/caitlin.andherlegnamed.rex/ Jeremy Ogle https://www.instagram.com/armsolo_/ Jonathon Lopez https://www.instagram.com/lopez.oew/   Move Forward - Tyler Rich 044   This episode is brought to you by Living Adaptive with Scott Davidson.   Find Living Adaptive at, www.livingadaptive.comfor more information.
