A Biochemist Scientist with over 25 years in leading business roles, Rux transformed organisations and designed and managed highly performant teams. Over the years, she created 10 software platforms from ideas on paper, modernised over 200 product portfolios, optimised over 5000 processes, and delivered thousands of coaching hours.
