I am delighted to be beaming in a dynamic leader,  United Kingdom, Mrs. Catherine Hamilton, an author, and entrepreneur  and dynamic mom. Catherine works across the business sectors designing and facilitating learning interventions to enable sustainable behavioural change. With over 20 years in the oil and gas industry initially, she has significant experience of working as an internal consultant on developing diversity and inclusion strategies, local and global interventions, raising awareness and understanding of dignity at work and the impact of our behaviours.  The move from Head of Inclusion & Diversity at National Grid to a freelancer, has enabled Catherine to broaden her client base over the last 11 years, whilst deepening her focus on inclusion, and particularly around bias and inappropriate workplace behaviours. Catherine bases her development ideas on real scenarios and combines this with innovative learning solutions to provide accessible and memorable learning whilst meeting personal and business needs.
