Chef Anthony Bar was raised in the North of France where he grew up in the kitchen helping my father who is also a chef.  He studied culinary arts and hospitality at Lycée Michel Servet de Lille for four years and then left the kitchen to serve in the army. After the army, he followed his heart back to his passion for cooking which has brought him all over the world. Chef Anthony's cooking travels has given him such a widened perspective on culture and food in all facets. When he arrived in Los Angeles five years ago and he hasn't looked back since. The sky is the limit when Chef Anthony is working in the kitchen and he is focused on truly achieving everything he's set to do in the U.S.
