Many conditions, including plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis, cause heel pain.

But knowing that does not fix the issue necessarily. Knowing the cause of why you have plantar fasciitis or Achilles tendonitis will better serve you from a recurrence and efficiency standpoint of recovery.

Rest, orthotics and stretching are often the only prescriptions and the wrong advice.

If you ignore and don't treat heel pain, you may develop chronic problems requiring longer recovery.

This holds true for mobility limitations leading to an increase of load not being distributed adequately or stability issues that present as a lack of control and thus again an increase of load to certain areas and tissue.

PRINCIPLE: You cannot heal without movement. Some injuries require immobilization to allow the tissue to heal, but even as the process is occurring movement of some fashion or form can be achieved to expedite your recovery process.

Sit and wait is the worst thing you can do for the "majority" of your aches and pains. If you want a progressive coach or provider to help you?
