My conversation today is with the fabulous Vafa Taleban. Born in Shiraz in Iran - yes, where the famous wine comes from, she grew up in what she believed to be a normal world. To me it was far from normal. When she was 16 she moved to the UK - as she says 'kicking and screaming' and started a journey of learning a new language, studying and building herself a professional career. Quite something when you are in a very strange environment from what you're used to.
