Have you heard of the term Dicamba? Monsanto created genetically engineered crops that were resistant to this other herbicide, not just Roundup but also Dicamba. They were warned up and down by experts that that would get them in trouble. On February 15th, 2020, a jury awarded a peach farmer, $265 million in a lawsuit against Monsanto and their partner BSF for introducing Dicamba resistant seeds.
