Batman, Doctor Strange, And More: Favorite Comic Book Heroes In Film (12/07/2020)

There have been tons of critically acclaimed superhero portrayals going back to Christopher Reeve as Superman in the ‘70s all the way to current performers such as Tom Holland as Spider-Man and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. This week we’ll go through some of the performances that blew us away over the years before flipping the coin in January and going over our favorite villainous performances. 

Other topics this week include our thoughts on 17 films intended for the silver screen now debuting simultaneously on HBO Max in 2021, including The Suicide Squad, Dune, and The Matrix 4, our first reactions to David Fincher’s latest film, Mank, and a discussion on the two biggest episodes of The Mandalorian thus far.

Finally, we close things out as usual with some of the most memorable films of 1997!
