Fourteen Australians representing the disability community headed to New York City with the Minister for Social Services Amanda Rishworth attending the 16th Session of the United Nations Conference of State Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.


Ahead of the event held at the United Nations Headquarters from 13 to 15 June 2023 Dylan Alcott and Angus O'Loughlin spoke with Amanda to talk about its significance and it's involvement with delegations from countries that have ratified the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
