Nothing will be off the table as we examine what the manifestos of the leading political parties have to offer landlords and tenants when it comes to housing policy.

With plans to reform the rental sector left in limbo after the prime minister called the snap election, the major parties have all made significant pledges about what they would do should they come to power.
