In Luke 12:13-21, Jesus is approached by someone with a simple request, tell my brother to share the inheritance with me! Jesus answers the man with a parable about a rich man in response because He sees the man's heart. Sometimes we take things that aren't that important and make them more important, but God wants us to be generous in all aspects of our lives.
