What happens if Christmas is difficult? When we read the Christmas story in Luke 2, we see a couple that has travelled far, found a town so full of people there was no space for them, and delivered their first born. The message of the angels and the adoration of the shepherds brought joy to the moment. Beauty can come out of difficult situations. As we learn about the background the Christmas carol I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day, we can be encouraged.
