I've known Kurt Lipschutz for a number of years at this point, and I'm happy that I do. He's a great poet, lyricist, editor, and as much as he might protest, he's an integral part of the San Francisco/bay area literary scene. This is a serious conversation with topics ranging from Frank Sinatra in Palm Springs, to his writing with the great Chuck Prophet, and of course his work as one of the best damn poets I've ever read. His latest collection, Premeditations, is available now from Hoot n Waddle.
