Sunday is always recap day, this week I added a few extra bits of work to my timetable, still aiming for things that I enjoy.

When I say be actively positive, I mean do something for yourself that makes you feel positive, go out of your way even to experience some positivity in your day.

Most people feel stress or anxiety at some point in their day, every day, yet fail to feel anything positive.
