Real estate by nature can be a very inconsistent business. You’re not alone if you’ve had a crazy good month followed by multiple months of $0 in commission. But in 2021, I was so done with that. I committed to adding additional streams of revenue to my business and starting Jan of 2021 I never had a $0 month again.
In this episode I am walking you through all of my streams of income in hopes to spark inspiration for you. There are so many ways to make money in real estate. Sales can be a piece of the puzzle if you want or it can be the whole pie. For me, I crave freedom. So having additional streams of income that allow me to earn without always physically being here, was crucial.
