He is a 2X Ironman triathlete, completed several marathons, ultra runs, and swims, and has successfully helped individuals with their nutrition and athletic endeavors big or small. Shoshana and Adam are both also public speakers and authors. They live in Toronto with their 2 plant-based kids.
