Everyone needs someone like Patrick (or Paddy) in their life. I met Paddy in 2018 after we both signed up to run 7 marathons in 7 days in 7 different Australian States. I was in way over my head, needed help, and Paddy was the person I called. He didn't know me, but that didn't matter. After some lunch and swapping a couple of stories, I had a new mate and an ultimate wingman to help me achieve something that is now one of the proudest achievements of my life. In this episode of Life with Dad, Paddy and I discuss our individual experiences with poor mental health, the impact and importance of exercise, why we should let our kids (and other men) see us cry and a while bunch more.
