How to be alone

So I started to get stuck into this book expecting to get straight into the solitude bit and interestingly the whole section on friendship and attachment spoke to me so much that I felt compelled to share here. It's so true that to delve into solitude and how we are able to be alone, it's really important we look at how we are with others. Lane Moore's description on "waiting room friends" is so spot on. Also so helpful for us to do better at assessing the value of our friendships.
