Life Unraveled #70 with Stephen Koepfer

Many people know Stephen Koepfer simply as "Sambo Steve" due to his contributions to the Sambo community in the United States and abroad.  Before he transitioned to operating his martial arts academy full-time, Steve worked in Pediatric Oncology. Before that he had a background in advertising, graphic design, visual arts and massage therapy. We talk about his thesis and other publications.  Steve is located in NYC at the epicenter of the pandemic in the US, we talk about state regulations, things he has done to stay engaged and keep his students engaged throughout the lockdown, as well as his involvement and lobbying for the legalization of MMA in NY.  Plus he worked on John Wick III.
