Taking responsibility is the first step into entering into life. As Christians, we often think of people outside of the church who need repentance and salvation from hell. However, when Jesus talks about hell it is often couched in dialogue against corrupt religious institutions. Religious hypocrisy and calling yourself a child of God while living contrary to God's true purpose creates a sort of living Hell. God's purpose for Christians is not to be the moral police running around wagging their fingers and telling people what to do.
In this discussion, Jimmy and Patty talk globally about the Seven Woes, and how the culture we are creating in our churches is our true mission. Our mission is not to recruit the people of God, but to be the people of God.
