Lisa Francesca Nand is a journalist, broadcaster, podcaster and travel expert who divides her time between homes in the UK and in Fuengirola on Spain’s Costa del Sol.

Lisa’s family moved to Spain when Lisa was 7, and the Costa del Sol became their home. Lisa’s first love was music, but a series of events resulted in a change of direction and Lisa became the first female presenter on the UK radio station, TalkSport.

Lisa has been published widely online and in the UK press and is a regular expert guest on national radio and television as well as being known for creating and presenting online travel videos.

Lisa is the producer and host of The Big Travel Podcast, has made a documentary of her own experiences of miscarriage and is a trustee of the charity, Thyroid UK.
