Colin Gausden set up and runs Jive Spain, a series of dance classes across the Costa del Sol.
Despite having moved to Spain in the early 2000s with a view to retirement, Colin is quite possibly busier than he has ever been. As well as the dance school, he operates Marbella Cruisers, organising cruise holidays each year for a growing number of mature clients, and he has a dance/exercise club, again catering for the older client wanting to keep fit.
Not particularly academic as a child, Colin got his first taste of life on the ocean wave when he was 15 working as a dishwasher in the merchant navy for 3 years. He spent the best part of his career in marketing. A marriage and subsequent divorce, and three children later, Colin fell in love with Spain and he now lives in Duquesa, overlooking the harbour.
