Rapid Fire Questions

One thing that held Jason back:

Not delegating enough. This is difficult for entrepreneurs, and especially difficult for solo entrepreneurs who, by definition, love doing everything themselves.

One characteristic that separates Jason from the pack:

Jason is quick to point out that for every characteristic you see that a successful person has, you can also find that exact opposite characteristic succeeding. So don’t put too much stock in whether you have or don’t have certain attributes.

That said, Jason’s single minded determination to solve problems sets him apart. When he wakes up he’s thinking about a problem. When he goes to sleep he’s thinking about the same problem. And every moment in between he is thinking about the same problem.

That mindset helps him succeed because you have to be that passionate about your problem to get through the challenges of being an entrepreneur.

One habit that helps Jason succeed:

Inbox zero. If you’re leaving messages in your inbox you’re just lying to yourself. By cleaning them out I’m being intentional about which ones I’m taking action on and which ones I’m not.
