Coaching Advice

If you struggle to find the time to start working on yourself or on a business, Rich shared this advice to find more time:

1) Understand why it’s important to do the work that you’re trying to do.

2) Think about where it is that you want to be and break it down into emotional goals.

3) Take an inventory of what you have going on and think of ways you can free up time or pay someone to help you free up time, even if it’s one hour per week.
