He’s a speaker, podcaster, blogger and coach that helps people to simplify their lives to make big, bold moves.


He does that be sharing his own experience of coming out of the closet as a gay mans at 36 years old and how it open all kinds of other doors in his life, including reexamining his career.  He eventually went out on his own and that was over a decade ago.

Rick suggested these quick actions to start challenging or recognizing your fears:


1) Ask yourself is it truth or is it true?  Truth is absolute with no getting around it. True is what we only think to be the case.


2) Confront your fear.  When you look your fear in the eye, it’s gone.  It’s only fear as long as you avoid it.
