A Breakdown on Vacation

Hi wonderful humans! My semester is finally over, and I am again on this podcast. I just got back from vacation in Florida. It was so hot and humid, and I definitely got sunburned. It was beautiful to have a break to do nothing. I am here in this episode to hash out my inner turmoil over my body image which I've been struggling with for a few weeks now.
