I have had Hina my Kiwi comrade hop on today and have a great chat about mindfulness , sharing mining stories and open up about the hardships of growing up in the “Ghetto” of South Auckland and then paving the way for himself and his family to come over to Australia. It’s quite a moving story and I think you will have a great listen .
