Whether it’s Fitbit, Apple Watch, Whoop, OURA or just a basic step counter, these fitness trackers have become popular products in the health and fitness space. Over the course of our own individual fitness journey’s, we’ve tried each one of these trackers for ourselves. We have noticed pro’s and con’s of each that are worth noting as you navigate your options and determine which one is best for you. All of that aside, the most important factor to consider is ‘why’ we are using them in the first place. At the end of the day, they are simply tools that help us better gauge progress and results throughout our fitness journey.
