Johno Lee is a retired war veteran from the british army. He served almost 12 years in the armed forces which resulted in him getting blown up in Afghanistan, almost dying several times but ultimately ended in him losing his right leg.

This episode we dig deep into the time Johno served in the army all the way through the story of how he lost his leg and then came out the other side.

Johno still suffers with PTSD to this day, however uses his experiences and what he has learnt from the forces to aid him in his new role as a town, district and county councillor in Newark.
