As we are officially 30 days into the new year, how many people have held up their New Year's resolution where their health, diet and fitness is concerned? 
According to a poll of 2000 Americans done in 2021, 34% of people who may new year resolutions did so in the area of health and fitness. That 34%, only 8% kept their resolution beyond 30 days.
