As the year comes to completion it's important to take a moment to reflect and pause.
Take an inventory and evaluation of 2019 before stepping into 2020 fully and present.
In order to set intentions, it's important to release, let go of that which no longer serves you and create space for new energy so you can be the best version of yourself.
We are always learning and growing.
Let's close 2019 with golden keys or should I say diamond keys ? ;)
Here is a workshop I teach as a gift to you.
Take a moment of your day and journal on these questions I offer you - this is a great exercise for you to create new and fresh positive momentum for the new year and your success. Whether you journal, or simply sit quietly and take a moment to reflect on each of these questions is totally up to you. There is no right or wrong way to go through this workshop. Connect with your heart space and do what feels right to you in this moment. Take an inspired action.
However you decide to navigate these questions, it will be perfect and exactly what you need.
