With the sounds of her native Brooklyn, New York in the background Accessibility advocate Janice Lintz tells her story of how she has used eternal vigilance to make sure the hard of hearing has access to information that everyone else has.  She is a passionate and accomplished consultant/advocate across the hearing advocacy and related political spectrum. She effects change and implements creative solutions across organizational and geographic boundaries. Janice is the “go-to” person on matters relating to access for people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
