Bio:
Lee Mohler is an Aging and
Dementia Life Coach, and Co-Founder of You & Me Positive Aging Programs.
After 30+ years of combined experience in senior living and dementia care
training, Lee and her colleague, Robin Andrews Smith, established You & Me
to guide families through aging and dementia related challenges. In 2005, Lee
joined The Arbor Company, an assisted living and memory care organization. Over
the course of 10 years, she supported hundreds of families moving loved ones
into assisted living and memory care, where she gained unique insight into the
makings of a successful transition.
During that time, Lee
discovered her life’s calling and began educating families and advocating for
people living with dementia. In 2013, she joined the internationally acclaimed
dementia care expert, Teepa Snow, as the Director of Program and Business Development
for Positive Approach to Care, LLC. There, she led the development and
implementation of professional certification programs, caregiver training and
e-learning solutions, serving hundreds of senior living communities and
thousands of professional care staff throughout the United States and Canada.
