"Smaller in those situations is probably going to work
out better because there's more opportunity for one-on-one care. The staffing ratios are typically a little bit smaller. The community is a little bit smaller, so we're not overwhelmed when we transition into you know, a new community, a new living, a new routine."— Ashley O'Sullivan

Here is what Kim will ask Ashley.

1. What are the different types of assisted living in Houston? (Explain about A and B and also Large Facilities and Small Residential Care Homes)

2. Which is better, small, assisted living or large, assisted living?

3. What factors should a family consider when looking for assisted living? (Talk about cost, proximity to family, additional services in the community, etc.)

4. What are a few questions families should ask when touring an assisted living community?

5. What is an Assisted Living Advisor and how can they help?
