APOCALYPSE NOW? JUDGMENT AND WITNESS

There are three sets of seven judgments:
1. The Seven Seals - Chapters 6-8
2. The Seven Trumpets - Chapters 8-10
3. The Seven Bowls - Chapter 16
These three sets of seven show us key aspects of how and why the Earth receives judgment, as well as what God’s desire for the human race is.
Revelation 6:1-2
Revelation 6:9-10
Revelation 6:12
Revelation 6:15-17
Revelation 8:4-5
Revelation 9:20-21
Revelation 11:3-4
Revelation 11:7, 9-14
Revelation 16:1
Revelation 16:11
1. The Seals are brought on as a result of sin on the Earth.
2. The Trumpets allowed Satan to have his way.
3. The Bowls were directly from the wrath of God.
Revelation 11:12-13
When the church's faithful witness testifies to the justness of God’s punishment, people give glory to God.
How do we fulfill our role as faithful witnesses?
1. We walk in power.
2. We live prophetically.
3. We are willing to be a “torment” to those who hate God.
4. We are filled with his Spirit.
