In this week's episode, Sarah shares about her struggles with an eating disorder as a teenager, as well as with cravings due to crazy hormones during her recent pregnancy.

Sarah used to see cutting sugar as a punishment because she was focused on losing weight. She felt bad about herself and often resorted to negative self-talk.
But more recently, her outlook has changed. Now she wants to concentrate on her health, not just her weight.

Sarah loves animals, especially horses. We discuss how she cares for her horses in a positive way... and how she's learning to treat herself with kindness and compassion too. And eating less sugar is part of Sarah's self-care.
