Richard Winger Ballet Access Advocate

Mr. Richard Winger is the publisher of Ballet Access News working to ease the ballot access laws for 50 years.  He became interested in the ballot access process while an undergraduate in political science at the University of California at Berkeley in the 1960's.  He has testified in over 400 constitutional ballot access cases and will give us an update on not only the process, but if we will ever experience the ease of third party entrance into our political process.  There are many who now believe the need to end the duopoly dominance of our political structure and let the people's voice be herd.
