97. How Curiosity Changed the Landscape of Women in Leadership: Expert Sohee Jun, Ph.D

Sohee Jun is a renowned executive coach working with women leaders at all levels. With a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and over 20 years of experience in the field, Dr. Jun has dedicated her professional life to understanding the dynamics of workplaces for women and how to empower, enable, and equip women with the mindset, strategies, and behaviors to achieve aligned success. Her work has significantly contributed to leadership development, allowing women to go from good to great. She has worked at world-class organizations such as Warner Media (W.B.), Jet Propulsion Lab (JPL), and Washington Mutual (Chase) and is CEO of her consulting firm, S.J. Consulting. Her newest book: “The Inner Game: Secrets of High-Achieving Women For Navigating Work, Life, and Mindset” released in March 2024, explores the profound insights, wisdom, and actions that have been instrumental in empowering high-achieving and successful women in their career journey.
