LaKeithea Nicole Anderson is the founder of For Us. The Agency, a creative agency that works with Black-owned brands and talent to expand reach and impact. LaKeithea is also the Community Engagement Coordinator for Nashville Community Education, board member of Tennessee Craft Midstate, and on the Marketing Committee for Free for Life International. 


In this episode, Nada sits down with LaKeithea to discuss the challenges that Black-owned businesses face on a daily basis and the heightened challenges due to the pandemic. LaKeithea educates our audience from a PR perspective on how NOT to be a performative ally as a business. She also offers insight into how small businesses can pivot forward to be participants in the movement for equity.
