Terrorism: A Creation and Creature of Governments

The first definition of the word "terrorism" was entered in Noah Webster's Dictionary in 1840, as a " state of being terrified, or a state impressing terror," and the word "terrorist" as "an agent or partisan of the revolutionary tribunal during the reign of terror in France." Terrorism, well into the 20th century (until the U.S. Government became the terrorists in cahoots with the Isr@el1 and Saudi Arabian Government), was always referred to as "violence perpetrated by a government." The American Founders clearly referred to "terrorism" as the FRENCH REIGN OF TERROR - where the I11umun@t1 Secret Society group took over France through the Jacobins. As John Quincy Adams said in 1795, "In several parts of the South of France there are associations formed to assassinate the people denominated terrorists: that is the partizans of Robespierre’s dominion. " So, is it ANY surprise that terrorism was, is, and will be a creation and Frankenstein creature of government?
