America, the Proverbs 30 Generation

There is a reason why the "ancient paths" are called ancient and why "good fences make good neighbors." The culmination of wisdom in these truisms is a good guide for us as individuals, families, neighbors, and citizens conducting ourselves in good faith to each other and living up to traditions that have built up nations for hundreds if not thousands of years. However, the best and universal guide for all individuals, families, and societies is the Holy Bible and has always been that same Source of Truth and Pathway to Righteousness that founded The United States for America and was its foundation for a just and righteous government since its beginnings. Nonetheless, after 244 years of being "long in the tooth" as a nation, America and Americans have lost their way from that Source of Truth and have turned to selfish ambitions, ranging from apathy to hate, from malice to laziness, from greed to whoredom. Proverbs 30 describes what happens to a generation that was tremendously blessed and gifted such as America, that turns to wickedness and away from God, and how individuals in that generation have turned to pride and haughtiness, spurned on by the worship of themselves instead of worship of the Creator, who is to be forever praised. Will America return back to the Light of Truth, Jesus Christ, or will America slide further down into Darkness, to the pits of Hell, until nothing is left, but the forever smouldering and forever rising smoke of a once so great and wonderful of a nation that was the only one of its kind, besides Old Testament Israel, in all of human history?
