T-Bone & The Beej with Tim Niver

WHOA. Libations for Everyone has a real, live guest for the first time in six weeks! Ben & Charles skipped right past the filet mignon and top sirloin on the menu, and went straight for the T-BONE. Tim Niver is a hospitality legend in the Twin Cities (and a podcaster in his own right on the excellent Niver Niver Land), and is as at-home on LFE as any guest in memory. You can tell the fellas got extra comfy, given the duration, as plenty of laughs were had at Bon Jovi's expense (sorry Beej!), in addition to getting down on topics like sketchy-seeming things they've eaten that turned out to be great, and how the state of the world has changed product sourcing for the modern restaurant.
